On March 11th, 2011 the great Tohoku earthquake happened in the Pacific ocean, close to the coast of Japan. This earthquake, the largest in Japanese history, caused a devastating Tsunami, taking the lives of more than 15,000 people.
I have spoken to a man who witnessed the disaster first hand: He lived in Nihonmatsu, a town just a stone throw away from the nuclear exclusion zone in Fukushima. Find out how he experienced the day of the Tsunami in this interview.
